My work ranges from strategy and leadership to innovation, creative direction and design.
I lead Transport for London’s digital experience team, which is behind TfL Go, London’s globally recognised travel app and TfL’s new approach to digital design. TfL Go includes an innovative new live map and was shortlisted for a D&AD Award, won a Design Week Award and two Drum Awards, including the Chair’s Award.
I am also a Visiting Lecturer at the Royal College of Art in London.
Before joining Transport for London, I led design teams, innovation projects, wide-ranging culture change programmes and co-founded a design studio.
I worked for a wide range of organisations in retail, culture/arts, healthcare and education in the UK and USA, including Transport for London, O2, Orange, NHS, The Department of Health, BBC and as a former resident of New York City, WebMD and The Rhode Island Department of Education.
